We want you to completely connect with and love your carving. Please read our policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and Afterpay orders below:
- Damaged in Transit: If your carving arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the piece immediately. Contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund.
- Change of Mind: Because these are unique, hand-crafted pieces involving significant time and cultural labor, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple change-of-mind purchases. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before buying.
