Thank you for supporting authentic, hand-crafted whakairo (Māori carving). Because each piece is a unique, high-value taonga (treasure), we take extra care to ensure your carving arrives safely.
  • Processing Time: Ready-made carvings are securely packaged and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Method: We ship all items across New Zealand via tracked courier services.
  • Signature Required: For peace of mind, all high-value shipments require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to standard PO Boxes for large or premium pieces.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your carving is on its way, you will receive a Shopify shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.
