Purerehua Commission

The purerehua is a traditional bullroarer that creates powerful, resonant sounds through movement. Its voice can range from low hums to dramatic calls, evoking associations with wind, weather, and the natural world.

Each purerehua is carefully shaped to produce a strong and stable sound while honouring the character of the materials used in its construction.

Commissions are made to order and require a 6 week lead time.

Listed price will be automatically reduced by 50% at checkout to allow payment of non-refundable deposit which confirms your commission and reserves your space on production list. Remaining 50% due on completion and before taonga is shipped. This will be invoiced separately.
